We’re sorry your item(s) is defective. Please email our customer support team at with one of more image of your item and as short description of the problem.  We’ll do our best to help and find a solution! 


Within the Warranty Period

If the product is defective or becomes faulty during the warranty period, register your return and send the item back for free. Once your return is confirmed and the warranty is approved, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account..

Outside the Warranty Period

 contact our support team to discuss your situation.We will find a solution! 


While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!
