Having trouble with your payment? Check below for the most common reasons and solutions per payment method.
Credit Card Payment
If your credit card payment is declined, it could be due to several reasons. Here are the most common ones:
- Insufficient funds or low credit limit
- Incorrect details or 3D Secure code
- Name and address do not match the credit card details
- Your credit card was issued in a different country than where you’re ordering from (e.g., using a UK credit card while ordering from France)
- You’re ordering from a country marked as high-risk
- Your credit card provider has placed a restriction on the transaction
Possible solution: Check your details and try again. Still not working? Contact your bank or choose a different payment method.
Klarna – Pay Later
When selecting Klarna, a real-time check is performed to determine if you are eligible for the chosen amount. Klarna evaluates:
- Your payment history with Klarna
- The total order amount
- Possible external credit information
If you have never used Klarna before, high-value orders may be declined.
Possible solution: If Klarna doesn’t approve your payment, try completing your order using another payment method.
PayPal
