Please contact our support team with images of your item and a short description of the issue and what you think is the needed repair. 

We’ll do our best to help and find a solution! 

Within the Warranty Period

Repair or replacement of a similar item within the warranty period is covered under the warranty. register your repair and after approval you can send the item back for free.

Outide the Warranty Period

We will provide you with a cost estimate before starting the repair. Repairs will only proceed after your approval, ensuring no surprises. 

• Inspection and cost estimate reparation 
  • Send by postal of drop-off your board at one of our service locations for damage & repair inspection. We will charge €24,95 inspection costs
    
• Repair your board  
  • You will make the payment upfront and we will let you know when your board is ready for the next session. 
• No Repairs  
  • We can ship your board back to your adress (shipping cost not included)
  • Pick-up your board at the service location.  
  • Let us recycle you board.
