Yes, if you prefer a specific shop as a service point, you can specify this in your account settings.

If your preferred shop is not listed on the Boardrush partner list please reach out to our support team and we will connect with your favourite shop. 

If there's a match and the shop meets the criteria to become a boardrush service location it will take approximately  4 weeks for the shop to connect to our network.
