Can I pick up my order at a local shop?Updated 10 months ago

You can collect your snowboard(s) from the service location linked to your order. If you prefer a specific store or service point, you can specify this in your account settings. 

Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the address and opening hours of the selected service location. Please note that you must be able to show a valid ID and your order confirmation upon collection of your order 

How does order pickup work?

1. Place your order: Select the 'Pickup at service location' option during checkout 

2. Receive a confirmation: Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email with all the necessary details, including the address and opening hours of the pickup location.

3. Collect your order: Visit the selected service location during the specified hours. Bring your ID and order confirmation to collect your items.
