At Boardrush, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Items must be unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. This period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team via the contact form to initiate the return process. Provide a clear statement, including your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
You may also use the Boardrush Withdrawal Form, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to notify us of your withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
• Refund: Once we have received your return (or you provide proof that you have shipped the items), we will process your refund as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned order. The refund will cover the full purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
• Payment Method: You will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you explicitly choose a different method. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returning the items are at your own expense
Returning Products
• Send your return within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Your return is considered on time if shipped before the deadline.
• You are only liable for any reduction in value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its condition, characteristics, and function (e.g., excessive use or damage).
• Clearly mention the return code on the shipping label and include a copy of your purchase receipt.

Returning your order at your service location
You can also drop off your return at the service location that's linked to your order. Please contact our support team to schedule an appointment with the service location.
Requirements for Drop-off:
• Bring your ID, return code, and order confirmation.
• Request a drop-off receipt to have proof that you have returned the order!
Non-Returnable Items
